Cookies on this site
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. This website sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing else in your browser. There are no advertising or analytics cookies. That is why we don't show a cookie banner.
Google Maps
The map on our contact page is provided by Google. It is not loaded until you click “Load map” next to a notice explaining this; that click is your consent, and it applies only to that page view. Until then, your browser makes no connection to Google from our pages. When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set the cookies below, and the data may be processed on servers outside Turkey and the EU. You can always open our location directly in Google Maps instead.

Visitor statistics
To understand how the site is used (for example, which pages are visited and from which countries), we use Cloudflare Web Analytics from Cloudflare, Inc. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not identify or follow individual visitors; we only see aggregated totals. Like any web request, your browser connects to Cloudflare, which may process data on servers outside Turkey and the EU. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Legal basis
The Google Maps map is loaded only with your explicit consent, given by clicking “Load map”, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and its cookie guidance, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ePrivacy Directive, and the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Personal Data. The cookieless visitor statistics rely on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (KVKK Article 5(2)(f), GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
Your choices
You don't need to do anything to refuse: if you don't click “Load map”, no connection to Google is made from our pages. Cookies Google has set earlier can be deleted in your browser settings, and you can block cookies there entirely.
Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11, the GDPR and the Azerbaijani Law on Personal Data, you can ask whether and how we process your data, request correction or deletion, object to processing, and complain to the data protection authority. Write to info@gokmendesign.com.

If we ever start using cookies that need your consent, we will update this page and ask for your consent before setting them.
