Restaurant, bar and café interior design

Gökmen Design has delivered restaurants, bars and cafés in Istanbul and Baku, including Oronero, El Portalon, Fireworks and Pivnaya Apteka.

A hospitality interior has to work for guests and for staff. We balance atmosphere with kitchen and service flows, seating capacity and durable materials, and we produce the shop drawings and furniture needed to build it.

What we deliver

• Concept and atmosphere design
• Seating, bar and service layout
• Shop drawings for bars, counters and furniture
• Turnkey fit-out

How we work

1. Interior design: Concepts, layouts, materials and lighting for residences, hotels, restaurants and retail spaces.
2. Shop drawings: Detailed manufacturing and site drawings that turn a design into buildable, accurate documents.
3. Furniture manufacturing: Custom furniture and joinery produced to the project's drawings and finishes.
4. Turnkey execution: On-site management and fit-out, from first drawing to handover.
